Meet Jennifer Simon Triandafilou, M.A. CCC-SLP
A licensed speech-language pathologist with over 28 years of expertise, holding a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology and certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
A career across every setting
Jennifer's career spans acute care hospitals, rehabilitation centers, outpatient clinics, and home health. Her first 15 years focused on adult neurogenic populations recovering from stroke and brain injury, specializing in aphasia and dysphagia.
Founding Simon Says Speech
In 2000 she founded Simon Says Speech in Rockville, Maryland, focused on orofacial myofunctional disorders. She trained with multiple myofunctional certifying agencies — and saw, again and again, how expensive and far away that training was for the clinicians who needed it most.
The mission
To de-mystify myofunctional therapy and give SLPs the confidence to provide treatment that is already in their scope of practice — easily and affordably.
