Agreement

By purchasing or using any Simon Says Myo Institute course, membership, event, or resource, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use them.

Enrollment and access

• Access is granted to one named individual. Accounts and course materials may not be shared, resold, or used by more than one clinician.
• Self-paced courses include ongoing access to the purchased course and its updates for as long as we offer that course.
• Memberships renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. See the Cancellation Policies.
• Live cohorts and in-person events are subject to seat availability and to the schedule published at the time of purchase.

Payment, pricing, and discount codes

• Payments are processed by Shopify in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Promotional pricing applies only while the promotion is running and only when the stated discount code is applied at checkout.
• We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
• Membership renewals are charged at the rate in effect at renewal, with notice of any increase.

Continuing education

We describe our continuing education exactly as it is approved. CEUs are awarded only on completion of the stated course requirements, including any required post-test and completion form. It is your responsibility to confirm that a course meets the requirements of your state licensing board or employer.

Intellectual property

All course videos, handouts, checklists, protocols, marketing templates, and other materials are owned by Simon Says Speech and are licensed to you for your own clinical practice. You may use client-facing handouts with your own clients. You may not copy, distribute, publish, resell, or teach our materials as your own course without written permission.

Clinical and professional disclaimer

Our courses are professional education, not clinical or medical advice for any individual patient. You remain solely responsible for your own clinical decisions, documentation, scope of practice, and compliance with your license.

No income guarantee

Any results, earnings, or practice growth described by us or by other clinicians are examples, not promises. Results vary by clinician, setting, and market. We make no guarantee of income or of any particular outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, share login credentials, record or redistribute live sessions, or behave abusively toward faculty, staff, or other participants. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, without refund where the breach is material.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
