Who we are

Simon Says Myo Institute (“we,” “us”) is operated by Simon Says Speech, which provides continuing education for speech-language pathologists. Questions about this notice can go to support@simonsaysspeech.com.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email address, and any message you send through a form on this site.
• Purchase information: orders are processed by Shopify. Shopify collects your billing and payment details directly; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
• Course records: enrollment, course progress, and continuing education completion records required for CEU reporting.
• Usage information: standard web log and analytics data such as pages visited, device type, and referring site.

How we use it

• To deliver the courses, memberships, and resources you request.
• To issue and report continuing education credit in line with ASHA CE requirements.
• To send clinical resources, course news, and offers, where you have asked to hear from us.
• To respond to support requests and improve the site.

Service providers

We share the minimum information needed with providers who operate parts of our business — including Shopify (checkout and orders), Klaviyo (email delivery), our course hosting platform, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Email and unsubscribing

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; we may still send transactional messages about a purchase or a course you are enrolled in.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand site usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Email support@simonsaysspeech.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, and continuing-education recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

Our courses are sold to licensed clinicians and other professionals. This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we update this notice we will change the date above and post the revised version on this page.
