Cancellation Policies

Self-paced courses and bundles

Refundable within the window above. Once continuing education credit has been issued for a course, that course is no longer refundable, because the CEU has already been reported.

Memberships

• Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• We do not prorate partial months or partial years after the refund window above has passed.

Live online cohorts

• Refundable within the window above, provided the cohort has not yet begun.
• If you can't attend, you may transfer your seat to the next scheduled cohort at no charge by telling us before the cohort starts.
• Sessions are recorded, so a missed session does not mean missed content.

In-person conferences and Founder's Day

• Refundable within the window above. Closer to the event, seats may be transferred to another clinician or credited to a future event rather than refunded, because catering and venue costs are committed in advance.
• Travel and accommodation are your responsibility and are never reimbursed.

Bundled and promotional purchases

Bundles are refunded as a whole, not item by item. If a promotional discount code was applied, any refund is based on the amount you actually paid.

If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel an event or a cohort, you may move to the next date or take a full refund of the amount paid — your choice. If we substantially reschedule an event, the same choice applies.
